About the Author
Mark is a children’s book author currently living in Texas. His love for animals and fun educational stories shine through in his works, including his upcoming “Man’s Best Friend: From Beginning to End”, a rhyming children’s tale about how dogs evolved from wolves to the lovable companions they are today.
His love affair for writing was sparked in grade school after he won the Illinois Young Authors award for his first story, “The Secret Message”. However, life got in the way and this story was tucked away in storage for years as he pursued a career as a Visual Designer.
One faithful day, he decided to give his first story another lease on life and used it as the basis for the “Bondi and the Secret Sleuth Detective Club” series, inspired by Bondi, his Labrador and best friend.
